Crossfit + Paleo + Play = what this blog is all about. Whether it's going all-out on a WOD, eating like a "caveman", chilling on the lake fishing, hiking trails, playing disc golf or other outdoor sport, life is about having fun. Join me as I try to live life to the fullest and share your experiences with me as well. If you find yourself wondering, "What is Crossfit?" or "What is paleo?", I recommend hitting up your favorite search engine and exploring something new. See something you like, please comment. Have a question, please ask. Try new things and check out what life can show you and how being fit and having fun should be synonymous. Most Crossfit gyms--all that I've seen--offer a free trial so give it a shot.
