Crossfit + Paleo + Play = what this blog is all about. Whether it's going all-out on a WOD, eating like a "caveman", chilling on the lake fishing, hiking trails, playing disc golf or other outdoor sport, life is about having fun. Join me as I try to live life to the fullest and share your experiences with me as well.
